What NairaCloud is

NairaCloud rents you a little server in the cloud, priced in naira and paid through Paystack. No dollar card, no forex math, no surprise bank conversions -- what the pricing page says is what your card pays.

  • Your server (we call it an instance) runs Ubuntu 22.04, Ubuntu 24.04, or Debian 12.
  • Every instance shares its node's public IPv4 and gets a unique SSH port, so root access works immediately.
  • Every instance gets HTTPS sites routed by hostname. One instance can host several apps (up to 10 sites); many instances share one node without fighting for ports 80/443.
  • Every site gets a NairaCloud address. The default web site uses the bare instance name, for example https://my-site.nairacloud.xyz; other sites get a label, for example https://api-my-site.nairacloud.xyz. If the NairaCloud address is not resolving in your network yet, use the sslip alias shown on the same site card.
  • Capability profiles: minimal (max isolation, read-only rootfs), docker (Docker-in-Docker, default for apps), full (privileged, dedicated plans only).
  • You pay per server, per month, in naira. A plan change takes effect immediately; your next invoice uses the new price.

Sign up at /signup to create your account and deploy your first server. Already have an account? Log in.

Your first deploy

Go to the dashboard and pick Deploy Instance. You choose a plan, an operating system, an SSH key, and a name for your server. The whole flow is a handful of short steps and takes about a minute.

  • Add your SSH key before you deploy -- the wizard can make one for you, or you can paste in your own.
  • The FREE plan is for trying things out. Production work belongs on STARTER and up.
  • You are charged the moment provisioning begins. Track status with the /payment-status endpoint.

Practical -- try it now

Get a real website running in 5 minutes

  1. Deploy your first instance (STARTER is fine).
  2. Open the instance, copy the one-line SSH command, and run it in your terminal.
  3. Put a page on port 8080:

In the dashboard, open Networking → Sites, set the web site origin to 8080 (or add a new site label), and open the NairaCloud URL shown on the card. If .nairacloud.xyz is not resolving yet, use the sslip alias next to it. You do not need your own domain or a published port.
