Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account details: email, name, and password hash.
• Billing records: Paystack references and invoices. Card numbers never touch our servers.
• Operational data: instance specs, login IPs, and support tickets.

Cookies

Sessions live in three cookies: nc_access and nc_refresh (httpOnly, unreadable to JavaScript) plus nc_csrf for request forgery protection. No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.

What we never do

We do not sell your data, read your instance disks, or share account details except to process payments and comply with Nigerian law.

Your rights

Export or delete your account any time from settings or by emailing support. Backups of deleted accounts age out within 30 days.
