The service
NairaCloud rents you virtual compute on shared infrastructure, billed monthly in Nigerian naira through Paystack. Plans describe vCPU, RAM, and SSD; the control plane provisions on a best-effort basis within stated capacity.
Your account
You register with a real email address and verify it before the dashboard unlocks. You are responsible for your SSH keys, API tokens, and anything deployed with them. Tell support immediately if credentials leak.
Billing
Charges run through Paystack in naira, with an invoice for every payment. A failed payment starts a 3-day grace period with email warnings. If it is still unpaid, instances are suspended, then deleted 14 days later along with their data.
Acceptable use
The acceptable use policy is part of these terms. Abuse, spam, and crypto-mining on shared nodes get accounts suspended without a grace period.
Liability
Keep your own backups of anything you cannot lose. Our liability for any incident is limited to the fees you paid in the month it happened.
